200 g wheat flour

Bake the pie

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Beat the butter and sugar and add the eggs one by one.

Mix the flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture. Then add the milk and lemon zest.

Peel the apples, cut them into even pieces and score them lightly. Pour the batter into the tin and press the apples lightly into the batter with the crevices facing upwards.
