For the chili

400 g (beef) minced meat
100 g onions
100 g corn
100 g kidney beans
100 g pepper, yellow
100 g pepper, red
800 g tomatoes, tinned
2 Tablespoon(s) baking cocoa
2 Teaspoon(s) cumin, ground
2 Teaspoon(s) cayenne
1 Teaspoon(s) coriander, ground
salt, pepper, sugar to taste
0 Tablespoon(s) oil

Preparation

Prepare the chili

Sear the meat in a saucepan. Meanwhile, finely dice the onions and peppers and drain the corn and kidney beans.

Add all the vegetables and the spices to the minced meat, sauté briefly and then add the tinned tomatoes and allow everything to reduce slightly.

After about 30 minutes, season the chilli with the spices and set aside.
