Description

240 g rice, raw
vegetable stock, as needed
1 Teaspoon(s) tomato paste
0.5 broccoli
0.5 pepper (red or yellow)
10 cherry tomatoes
70 g sweet corn
salt, pepper, chili to taste

Prepare the dish

Cook the rice according to the instructions - replacing the water with vegetable stock and adding the tomato paste. Meanwhile, chop the broccoli, peppers and tomatoes. Drain the maize if necessary.

Drain the finished rice and leave to drain slightly in a sieve. At the same time, fry the broccoli and peppers in a pan.

Now add the rice to the pan and fry briefly. Finally, briefly fold in the sweetcorn and tomatoes, season everything with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice and serve immediately.
