Description
(Not only) Perfect for Advent: Spritzgebäck! With this basic recipe you can make sweet biscuits that will sweeten the waiting time twice over. The first time when you bake (preferably with your family or friends) and the second time when you enjoy them together. All you need for the recipe is seven ingredients, a rotary grinder with a biscuit attachment and a few industrious little helpers. You can let your imagination and preferences run wild when decorating: chocolate, sugar or lemon icing, sugar pearls, nuts, coconut flakes, .....

Preparation
Prepare the shortbread

Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough. Then chill for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170°C fan oven.

Shape the dough with the pastry attachment of the rotary grinder and spread evenly on a baking tray.

Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes. Then leave to cool briefly and decorate as desired or enjoy on their own.
