What do you think about scheduling a fixed pizza day? We provide you with a basic recipe and turn you into your own pizza delivery service. And it's really fun, because you can add a lot of variety to the toppings. Pizza Quattro Formaggi or - Stagioni, Pizza Prosciutto e funghi or Vegetariana - the choice is yours! Bon appetito!

For the dough

180 g wheat flour
1 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Teaspoon(s) honey
20 g yeast, fresh
100 ml water, lukewarm

For the sauce

150 ml pizza tomatoes
2 Tablespoon(s) tomato paste
0.5 garlic clove
1 Teaspoon(s) oregano
salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Preparation

Prepare the dough

Mix all the ingredients for the dough gradually and leave to rest in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Then knead briefly and place one portion of the dough at a time in the mould and press down.

Prepare the sauce

Mix the ingredients for the pizza sauce, brush the dough with it and top to taste.

Bake the pizza

Bake the pizzas, depending on the topping, in a preheated oven for about 12 - 15 minutes at 240° C top/bottom heat. The more toppings on the pizza, the longer the baking time.
