Description
Mamma mia, this pesto tastes so delicious! Of course, it's homemade from the best ingredients. Fresh basil, aromatic Parmesan, a good olive oil, pine nuts and a good seasoning with garlic - doesn't that sound wonderful?

For the pasta

250 g spaghetti, raw
2.5 l water
25 g salt

For the pesto

1 Bunch(es) basil, fresh
100 ml olive oil
1 garlic clove
50 g parmesan
30 g pine nuts, roastet
salt, pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Total time: 15 min

Cook the pasta

Bring water with salt to the boil and cook the pasta in it until al dente.

Prepare the pesto

Put all the ingredients in a multimixer and puree to a pesto. Season to taste.

Mix the freshly cooked pasta with the pesto and serve immediately. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese, tomatoes or roasted pine nuts.
