Steak with green asparagus and tomato butter

Preparation
Prepare the butter
Whip the butter with the tomato paste and a little salt, pepper and sugar. If necessary, add some chilli or herbs to taste.
Fry the steak

Cut the steak meat and season roughly.

Sear the steak on both sides and then finish cooking in the oven. Alternatively, cook on the grill as desired.
Prepare the vegetables

Halve the asparagus spears and the cherry tomatoes.

Sear the asparagus in a frying pan and after a minute or two, deglaze with butter and lemon juice. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and season.

When the steak is cooked, serve with the green asparagus and tomato butter.
