When things have to go quickly, these little tartlets are just perfect! The base is quickly made. Add vanilla pudding and fresh strawberries and your mini tarts are ready! For the dough

225 g butter, soft
120 g icing sugar
1 egg yolk
340 g wheat flour

For the filling

1 Teaspoon(s) lime zest
1 Pack(s) vanilla custard powder
500 ml milk
400 g strawberries

Preparation

Prepare the filling

Prepare the custard according to the packet instructions and leave to cool completely.

Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and cut into quarters.

Prepare the torteletts

Quickly knead the butter, icing sugar, egg yolks and flour into a smooth dough. Take an amount about the size of a tangerine and press it into the tartlet moulds. Cover the moulds with foil and place in the fridge for one hour.

Preheat the oven to 170°C convection oven. Bake the cooled tartlets for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Already finsihed

Leave the tartlets to cool and lift out of the tin. Mix the cold custard with the grated lime zest and spread on the tartlets. Spread the berries evenly over the cream and serve.
