100 g bacon, diced
1 onion
500 g green beans
250 g potatoes

2 Teaspoon(s) savory
2 Teaspoon(s) cornflour (dissolved in cold water)
750 ml stock
salt, pepper

Preparation

  • Total time: 45 min

Prepare the stew

1
Clean the beans and cut into small pieces. Peel the potato and cut into cubes.
2
Put the bacon (diced) in a cold saucepan and then heat. Cut the onion into thin strips and add to the pot. Sauté both until translucent. Cook the potatoes in a separate pot until they are done.

Add the savoury to the bacon and onions, sweat briefly and then fill up with stock. Add the beans and cook for 20 minutes.
