250 g strawberries
180 g chocolate, dark
40 g pistachios, chopped
180 ml soy whipped cream
1 Tablespoon(s) rice syrup

Preparation

Prepare the strawberries

Melt the chocolate coating. Meanwhile, whip the soy whip, mix with the rice syrup and chill.

Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts. Then carefully scoop them out with the Twister (smallest blade).

Dip the fruit into the liquid chocolate coating and then coat in the pistachios.

Fill the individual strawberries with cream and serve.
