500 g sweet potato
2 eggs
50 g cornflour

0.5 Teaspoon(s) cardamom, ground
0.5 Teaspoon(s) cumin, ground

For the salad

200 g creme fraîche
250 g cherry tomatoes
100 g smoked salmon
0.5 organic lemon, zest and juice
15 g basil, fresh
salt, pepper, chili to taste

Prepare the salad

Peel the sweet potatoes and grate them over a coarse grater. Place in a bowl with the spices and knead intensively.

Drain the resulting juice and then add the eggs and cornflour. Mix everything well.

Take small portions with your hands or a spoon, place in a preheated pan and flatten slightly. Fry over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Prepare the salad

Finely chop the smoked salmon and basil. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix everything together with the crème fraîche and lemon juice and zest, then season to taste.
