Description
Tabuleh is really delicious! The salad from Arabic cuisine is mainly based on bulgur, parsley and mint. Added to this are delicious crunchy vegetables such as cucumber, peppers and tomatoes. The seasoning comes from a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper. The result is a colourful salad that combines freshness and delicious aroma. Ideal for the next barbecue or as a light summer salad.

Preparation
Prepare the tabuleh

Bring the water to the boil, pour over the bulgur, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Pluck the herbs and chop the vegetables into large pieces. Remove the watery core from the tomatoes.

Cut all the herbs and vegetables into fine pieces using the Multi Mixer Maxi.

Mix the vegetables, herbs, swollen bulgur, olive oil, lemon juice and all the spices together evenly. Finally, fold in most of the pomegranate seeds into the salad and garnish with the remaining seeds.
