Preparation
Bake the muffins

Drain the fruit. Preheat the oven to 160°C convection oven.

Beat the butter, eggs, sugar and flavouring until fluffy.

Stir in the quark and milk first, then the flour, cornflour and baking powder.

Gently fold in the mandarins.

Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 25 minutes.
