Description
The Tarte Tatin is not only fine in its French pronunciation, but also just as delicious!
The tender French apple tart is often eaten lukewarm. This is where the flavour of the caramelised apples really comes into its own. But the tart is also delicious with cream or a scoop of ice cream! Add a café au lait and nothing stands in the way of a French coffee table.
