Prepare the vanilla croissants

Put the egg yolks in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth dough.

Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 150°C convection oven.

Spread the dough into the croissant baking tin.

Place the croissant baking tin on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
