And because your mouth watered when you read the ingredients. The idea of the delicious vanilla flavour in these little cakes was just tempting. It was worth it, because they taste really great!

150 g butter, soft
2 eggs
100 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
150 g vanilla yoghurt
125 g wheat flour
75 g cornflour
0.5 Pack(s) baking powder

Bake the muffins

Cream the butter, sugar and the pulp of the vanilla pod and add the eggs one by one. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan oven.

Combine the flour, cornflour and baking powder, sift and stir in together with the yoghurt.

Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 20 minutes.
