Preparation
Prepare the omeletts

Preheat the oven to 175°C convection oven. Finely chop the chives and whisk with the eggs and milk. Season the mixture to taste.

Chop all the vegetables, spread evenly on all the flexiblechen and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Divide the egg mixture evenly and then bake for 25 minutes.

Allow to cool briefly and then serve immediately.
