9 eggs
100 ml milk
1 courgette
6 mushrooms
12 cherry tomatoes
0.5 Bunch(es) chives
salt, pepper, paprika powder, chili to taste

Prepare the omeletts

Preheat the oven to 175°C convection oven. Finely chop the chives and whisk with the eggs and milk. Season the mixture to taste.

Chop all the vegetables, spread evenly on all the flexiblechen and season lightly with salt and pepper.
