Snacking while watching TV in the evening has become a habit for many people. But chips, crisps and all kinds of sweet stuff soon show up on the scales. And you have firmly resolved that this should not become a habit. You need an alternative! Here come the snacks for your good conscience and they are called carrots, peppers, cucumber and a few friends. Quickly sliced, seasoned and dipped in a dip, they're a great snack!

2 carrots
2 peppers
200 g creme fraîche
250 g quark
2 Tablespoon(s) fresh herbs, chopped
0.5 red onion
salt, pepper, chili, ... to taste

Preparation

Prepare the vegetable sticks

Chop the herbs and finely dice the onion. Make a dip together with curd, crème fraîche and spices and divide into jars.

Cut each vegetable into sticks using the dicer and pen cutter and then divide evenly between the jars.
