Cut the kohlrabi into vegetable strips with the Catto. Cut the cucumber and carrot into fine strips.

Place a small ball of sushi rice on a piece of the kohlrabi strips about 7 cm long and roll it up tightly so that the rice is flush with the kohlrabi on one side and a little kohlrabi overhangs on the other side. If necessary, trim the kohlrabi a little beforehand.
