You don't have much time, but fancy something healthy? Our delicious wraps with vegetables and a cream of aromatic herbs are quick and easy to make yourself. Carrots, cucumber and peppers can be chopped quickly and taste especially crunchy raw. The vegetables in the recipe are suggestions, you can add your favourites and always bring variety into play. This wrap is incredibly versatile. It's perfect to take along as a snack between meals, but also makes a tasty, light dinner when you're in a hurry.

4 tortilla wraps
100 g creme fraîche
2 carrots
1 pepper, yellow
1 pepper, red
2 tomatoes
0.5 cucumber
0.5 red onion
0.5 Tablespoon(s) herbs, fresh
salt, pepper to taste

Preparation

Prepare the wraps

Chop each vegetable with the dicer/pencil cutter.

Warm the tortilla patties according to the instructions on the packet, if necessary before filling. Then spread with crème fraiche, sprinkle with herbs and season lightly.

Place the vegetable sticks in the middle of the patties, fold in the bottom end and roll up tightly.

Either eat immediately or wrap in foil and chill.
