Description
Smile - there are waffles! This saying really does apply. Just the thought of delicious smelling waffles will quickly put a smile on your face. And when they lie so temptingly on your plate and you bite into them, you are completely enchanted. They actually taste good on their own. If you like, you can try them with a variety of toppings! This basic recipe can be combined in any way you like.

100 g butter, soft
80 g sugar
2 eggs
180 g wheat flour
1 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
160 ml milk
1 Pack(s) vanilla sugar
1 Pinch(es) salt

Prepare the waffles

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Separate the eggs. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until fluffy.

Slowly add the milk, then carefully stir in the flour and baking powder.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Divide the batter evenly between the moulds and bake for 15 minutes.
