Preparation
Prepare the vegan sausages

Puree/fine chop the dried tomatoes and mix with water, oil and spices.

Add the seitan base and knead into a dough.

Press 50 g of dough into each mould and then cover with the lid.

Steam in the steamer/pot for 40 minutes.

Leave to cool briefly and then fry over a medium heat or stow/freeze for other uses.
