Trara, may we introduce: Here comes our salmon tartare recipe! And it's of the finest. Because that's exactly what describes the salmon you're using. Finely diced, it gets a great freshness in combination with lemon, chilli, salt, pepper and oil. An appetiser in a class of its own!

Ingredients for

For the tartare

500 g salmon fillet
1 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
0.5 organic lemon
salt, pepper to taste
1 roll/baguette
50 g baby leaf salad

Preparation

Prepare the tartare

Remove the bones and skin from the salmon and cut into very fine cubes. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest, a little lemon juice and chilli, if using.

Cut fine slices from the roll/baguette/etc. and fry in a little butter until golden brown and then drain on kitchen paper.

Put 80g of the salmon tartare into the burger press and press onto the plate. Garnish with lettuce and add the toasted bread.
