Courgette and carrot in spaghetti version are at their visual best. Curry paste, coconut milk, soy and sweet chilli sauce conjure up Far Eastern flavours. Topped with the wonderful prawns, a soup couldn't be more delicious!

Preparation
Cook the soup

Cut onions into half rings, courgette and carrot into spaghetti with a spiral slicer and sauté everything in a little oil.

After a short time, add the prawns and curry paste and sweat briefly. Then deglaze with soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and top up with coconut milk. Season to taste, serve and garnish with Thai basil.
