Topped with an aromatic strawberry sauce and "Parmesan" almonds, this combination has huge potential to become your favourite pasta.

150 g strawberries
1 Knife tip(s) vanilla, ground
30 ml agave syrup

For the spaghetti

3 apples
2 Teaspoon(s) walnut oil
2 Teaspoon(s) rice syrup
1 Knife tip(s) cinnamon, ground

For the fake parmesan

30 g almonds, ground

Preparation

  • Total time: 15 min

Prepare the sauce

Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and puree with agave syrup and a pinch of vanilla to make a sauce.

Prepare the spaghetti

Wash the apples and cut into spaghetti using the medium spaghetti attachment. Season with walnut oil, rice syrup and cinnamon and mix gently.
