300 g beetroot
150 g apple
0.5 Piece(s) onion
3 Tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 Tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
3 Tablespoon(s) maple syrup
salt, pepper, brown sugar

Prepare the salad

Peel the beetroot and apple and then cut into fruit or vegetable spaghetti using a spiraliser and store in a bowl.

If necessary, wash and chop the parsley and cut the onion into fine (half) rings and add everything to the bowl.

Mix the vinegar, lemon juice and maple syrup and pour the dressing into the bowl. Mix everything well and knead lightly. Then season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar if necessary and serve.
