1 Broccoli
2 Tablespoon(s) oil
2 Tablespoon(s) almonds, sliced
1 Pinch(es) salt
pepper, chili, sugar to taste

Preparation

Prepare the noodles

Remove the florets from the broccoli stem and cut into spaghetti with the spiral slicer.

Heat oil in a pan and fry some broccoli florets and almonds in it until they have turned colour.

Add the broccoli spaghetti, sauté briefly and season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli and sugar.

Tip: The remaining broccoli florets can be used separately or prepared with the broccoli spaghetti.
