Description
This bread is a welcome change for any snack. The dough does not need to rest before baking. So the preparation time is relatively short. The carrots give the bread a pleasant sweetness. And together with the nut mix and the wholemeal spelt flour, it is a real fitness bread. Perfect for a good and healthy start to the day!

250 g mixed seeds/nuts
350 g wholemeal spelt flour
rye flour, type 1150
100 g oat flakes
100 g carrot, finely grated
1 Pack(s) dry yeast
1.5 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Tablespoon(s) sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
seeds for sprinkling

Bake the bread

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead.

Pour the dough into the tin, sprinkle with seeds if desired and place in a cold oven.

Bake at 190°C top/bottom heat for 70 min.
