Description
Here's a great recipe that lets you use up all the cauliflower. You probably know how to prepare the florets. How about some inspiration for the stalk, which is always left over? Would you like to make pasta out of it? Then get the spiral cutter going! The result is wonderful spaghetti that you can top with toasted almonds, sultanas and fresh cream. Delicious pasta!

oat cream

Preparation
Prepare the noodles

Cut the cauliflower stem into spaghetti using a spiral slicer.

Put oil and almonds in a pan and heat. When the almonds toast, add curry and raisins.

After a few seconds, add the cauliflower noodles to the pan and sauté briefly. Deglaze with oat cream and season to taste.

Serve and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
