Courgette pasta a la carbonara

Description
Do you love spaghetti carbonara? We would like to introduce you to a different version of the Italian classic! We'll stick to spaghetti, but serve it in a different way, made from courgette. It tastes at least as delicious as the original. And it's also very healthy. Try it out!

For the sauce

500 g sour creme
1 garlic clove
20 g parmesan
salt, pepper to taste

For the vegetable pasta

4 courgettes
8 Slice(s) bacon
salt, pepper to taste

Prepare the sauce

Fry the bacon slices in a non-stick pan without fat until crispy, remove and drain on kitchen paper.

Heat the sour cream in the previously used pan over medium heat, finely chop the garlic and add together with the grated Parmesan. Season the parmesan-sour cream mixture to taste and reduce for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Prepare the vegetable pasta

Wash the courgettes and cut into noodles with the coarse spiral blade of the spiral slicer.

Add the courgette noodles to the sauce and toss until heated through but not yet soft.

Arrange on plates and garnish with the crispy bacon and freshly ground pepper.
