Pasta doesn't always have to be with meat or cream sauce! It's enough if they simply taste of the very best cream. And that is guaranteed to be the case with this delicious courgette pasta. And when the vegetable spaghetti is topped with fresh basil, spicy Parmesan, pine nuts and fine, it is truly a delight!

2 courgettes
2 Tablespoon(s) pine nuts
0.5 onion
5 Sprig(s) basil
4 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
salt, pepper, parmesan

Prepare the courgette pasta

Wash the courgettes and cut into vegetable spaghetti with the Lurch spiral slicer. Remove the stalk from the basil leaves and chop coarsely. Finely dice the onion.

Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan.

Add the olive oil to the pine nuts and sauté the onions briefly until translucent.

Add the courgette noodles and fry briefly. Add the basil and mix everything together.

Season everything with salt and pepper and serve hot. Add grated parmesan to taste.
