Creamy potato spaghetti with bacon

Description
The fork turns in the creamy potato spaghetti. As it does so, it still grasps the crispy bacon until it finally goes into the mouth. What an incredible taste! This dish inspires because you can conjure up an absolute highlight for the eye and taste buds very quickly with just a few fresh products. Try cooking it yourself, you'll be as thrilled as we are.

For the potato noodles

600 g potatoes
100 g bacon
200 g creme fraîche
1 Teaspoon(s) herbs, to taste
1 Pinch(es) salt
pepper, chili to taste

Prepare the potato spaghetti

Cut the bacon into fine strips and the potatoes into spaghetti using a spiral slicer. Finely chop the herbs.

Place the bacon in a cold pan and heat. When it has fried for some time, add the potato spaghetti and fry.

When the potatoes are cooked/soft, add the crème fraîche to the pan, mix briefly and season with salt and pepper, chilli if desired. Then serve and garnish with herbs.
