Description
This is a double classic: marble cake in a Gugelhupfform. Or is it Guglhupf as a marble version? It doesn't matter. The main thing is that it has plenty of cocoa. Then it's perfect with coffee, or with coffee with lots of milk, or with a glass of milk (yes! Even as an adult, this is not forbidden).

Preparation
Bake the Gugelhupf
1
Cream the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar (and rum). Separate the eggs and gradually stir in the egg yolks. Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.
2
Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and stir into the mixture alternately with the milk.
3
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.
4
Divide the dough mixture and mix one half with cocoa powder.
5
Pour the light batter into the mould first, then pour the dark batter on top. Pull a fork or similar through the dough to create the marble pattern.
6
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. Then leave to cool briefly in the tin and turn out.
