100 g couverture, dark
100 g coconut oil
1 egg
1 egg yolk
60 g icing sugar
1 Pack(s) vanilla sugar
50 g cocoa powder
2 Tablespoon(s) milk
1 Pinch(es) salt
18 butter biscuits

Prepare the Kalter Hund cake

Note: This Cold Dog cake makes enough for more than 5 servings, but we have given 5 servings to make the recipe easier to convert to other shapes.

Melt the couverture together with the coconut oil.

Beat the egg and egg yolk with icing sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add the cocoa and milk and beat until smooth.

Fold the liquid couverture into the mixture.

Line the mould with the chocolate cream and fill in a layer of biscuits.

Spread another layer of chocolate cream evenly on top and cover with biscuits again.

Alternate layers in the mould until it is filled. Then chill well in the fridge.

To serve, turn out and cut into slices.
