270 g wheat flour
150 ml water, lukewarm
5 g yeast, fresh
0.5 Teaspoon(s) sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Teaspoon(s) margarine

Preparation

Bake the mini baguettes

Put the flour in a bowl and form a hollow. Crumble in the yeast and add the sugar. Add water, mix gently and let rest for 15 minutes.

Add salt and margarine and knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth. Then let it rise, covered, for an hour.

Divide the dough into four parts. Knead one part at a time, shape into a thin, flat baguette and then leave to rise in the tin for 60 minutes. Preheat the oven to 230°C top/bottom heat.

Bake the small baguettes for 30 minutes.
