The anti-adhesive effect of the Remium-Platinum-Silicone prevents the baguette from sticking to the mold and the perforation allows moisture to escape easily, so crispy and crunchy surfaces succeed, just like from the bakery. The design of the silicone mat gives the baguette its classic shape thanks to the slight curvature and provides optimal heat distribution.
