Bake the baguettes

1
Put the flour in a bowl and form a hollow. Crumble in the yeast and add the sugar.
2
Add water, mix gently and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
3
Add salt and margarine and knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth. Then let it rise, covered, for an hour.
4
Divide the dough into four parts. Knead one part at a time, shape into a thin, flat baguette and then leave to rise in the tin for 60 minutes. Preheat the oven to 230°C top/bottom heat.
5
Bake the small baguettes for 30 minutes.

Top the baguettes

1
Cut the baguettes in half lengthways. Mix the crème fraîche with the tomato purée and season to taste and slice the goat's cheese. Wash the blueberries.
2
Preheat the oven to 200°C top heat.
3
Spread tomato crème fraîche on each half of the baguette. Then place 3 slices of goat's cheese on top and garnish with blueberries. Finely chop the rosemary and sprinkle over the baguettes together with the grated cheese.
4
Bake the baguettes for 10 minutes.
5
After baking, garnish the pizza baguettes with a little honey and serve immediately.
