Prepare the ice cream mass

IMPORTANT: The recipe refers to one litre of ice cream. Depending on which mould is used or how many ice creams are to be made, you may need more or less than a whole recipe. For example, in the medium burger mould you need about 900 ml, in the cereal bar mould only 350-400 ml.

Mix all ingredients to a homogeneous mixture. Then pour into the mould, dip a stick into the mixture and freeze for several hours. If necessary, add chopped almonds or nuts to the moulds.
