800 ml coconut milk
130 ml lime juice
2 limes (zest only)
2 Teaspoon(s) powdered gelatine (+ 6 tbsp of water to soak)
50 g honey

Prepare the ice cream mass

IMPORTANT: The recipe refers to one litre of ice cream. Depending on which mould is used or how many ice creams are to be made, you may need more or less than a whole recipe. For example, in the medium burger mould you need about 900 ml, in the cereal bar mould only 350-400 ml.

Soak the gelatine in water. Heat some of the coconut milk.

Stir the gelatine into the warm coconut milk until there are no more lumps.

Add the remaining ingredients and whisk everything together.

Divide the ice cream mixture evenly between the wells of the mould you are using, insert a style into the well and freeze everything for several hours.
