Popsicle: dark chocolate

Description
This delicious recipe proves that you don't always have to have a guilty conscience when eating ice cream. For one thing, chocolate makes you happy. That much is certain! On the other hand, it contains the dark variety, which with its high cocoa content actually has health-promoting effects. All in moderation, of course!

For 1 l of ice cream mass

800 ml coconut milk
85 g dark chocolate (min. 85% of cocoa)
25 g cocoa powder
120 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
2 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
cinnamon, aniseed, cloves, ... to taste (optional)

Prepare the ice cream mass

IMPORTANT: The recipe refers to one litre of ice cream. Depending on which mould is used or how many ice creams are to be made, you may need more or less than a whole recipe. For example, in the medium burger mould you need about 900 ml, in the cereal bar mould only 350-400 ml.

Heat a quarter of the coconut milk. Add the chocolate, erythritol, cocoa powder and any spices and mix until smooth.

Add the rest of the coconut milk, mix briefly and divide the mixture evenly between all the cavities of the mould.

Add another style to each well and freeze the ice cream for several hours.
