Reason enough to think about a different way of processing them. How about a delicious strawberry-banana ice cream in lolly form? We show you a great way to make cool ice cream from both fruits. Ideal for hot summer days!

Prepare the ice cream mass

IMPORTANT: The recipe refers to one litre of ice cream. Depending on which mould is used or how many ice creams are to be made, you may need more or less than a whole recipe. For example, in the medium burger mould you need about 900 ml, in the cereal bar mould only 350-400 ml.

Put all the ingredients into a measuring jug and blend until smooth.

Divide the mixture evenly between the wells of the mould you are using, dip a style into the mixture and freeze the popsicles for several hours.
