Description
A cocktail in the shape of ice? That's really cool! Pineapple, coconut milk and rum taste wonderfully tropical and make you dream of sun, beach and sea. Refreshing exoticism in ice form, just the thing on hot summer days. Do you prefer vodka to rum? Or would you prefer alcohol-free? No problem, because this recipe is as changeable as the weather - and in an absolutely positive sense!

For 1 litre of ice cream mass

600 g pineapple pulp
120 ml orange juice
180 ml coconut milk
90 ml agave syrup
30 ml rum/vodka (optional)

Prepre the ice cream mass

IMPORTANT: The recipe refers to one litre of ice cream. Depending on which mould is used or how many ice creams are to be made, you may need more or less than a whole recipe. For example, in the medium burger mould you need about 900 ml, in the cereal bar mould only 350-400 ml.

Place all the ingredients in a blender jug and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a silicone mould and dip a style into the fruit mixture and then freeze for several hours.
