Potato rösti with smoked salmon

Turn the potatoes into spaghetti and fry them into a large rösti until golden brown. Place the slices of smoked salmon on top of the hash browns and enjoy the whole thing with the creamy dip! 2 Potato (about 150g each)
200 g smoked salmon
100 g Creme fraîche
2 Tablespoon(s) herbs, fresh
20 g onions, red
salt, pepper to taste
garlic, chili (optional)

Prepare the rösti

Peel the potatoes and cut into spaghetti with the spiral cutter and drain a little on a kitchen towel.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan (Ø 20 cm). Spread half of the potato spaghetti evenly in it and press down lightly.

Fry the potato spaghetti for a few minutes over medium heat, one after the other, until golden brown on both sides.

In the meantime, finely dice the onion. Then mix with crème fraîche and the herbs and season to taste.

Serve the finished rösti with the smoked salmon and the crème fraîche dip.
