Description
Prawns are one of the most popular seafoods. They are a real delicacy and so versatile in preparation. We can serve them as finger food or on a skewer, roast them in a pan with garlic or grill them. But today we're giving it a noble coat of potatoes and presenting it to you as a tasty and visual treat. It really makes you want to eat more!

50 ml sweet chili sauce
salt, pepper to taste

Prepare the prawns

Cut the potato into spaghetti with the spiral cutter, lightly pat dry and season.

Remove the shell (except the tail segment) from the prawns. Pat the prawns dry and season lightly.

Wrap the potato spaghetti evenly around the prawns and fry in a pan until evenly golden brown on all sides.

Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
