Description
Usually bagels are made of yeast dough. Our puff pastry bagels - what a surprise - are not! Bagels come in sweet or savoury varieties. Puff pastry is also used for sweet and savoury snacks. And the same applies to our puff pastry bagels. Those with a sweet tooth can sweeten the finished pastries with jam or gild them with honey. If you like it savoury, top them with cheese, cold cuts or (my recommendation) cream cheese and salmon!
