Smoked salmon with cucumber salad

Smoked salmon is very tasty! Today we combine it with crunchy cucumber and make it not only tasty but also visually delicious. The first step is to shape the cucumber using the spiral cutter. The result is spaghetti that can be easily formed into pretty cucumber nests. Add the salmon and give both a fresh dressing. Add a little dill and you have a wonderfully aromatic (starter) dish!

For the dressing

1 Tablespoon(s) agave syrup
1 Tablespoon(s) senf, coarse
1 lemon
4 Tablespoon(s) oil
salt, pepper to taste

For the salad

2 cucumbers
300 g smoked salmon
2 Stem(s) dill, finley chopped

Preparation

Prepare the dressing

Grate the lemon and set the zest aside. Then squeeze the lemon.

Mix the agave syrup, mustard, lemon juice and rapeseed oil to a dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Finish the salad

Wash the cucumbers and slice with the smooth spiral blade of the spiral slicer. Add the dressing, mix and leave to stand for a while.

Arrange the smoked salmon on plates. Using a fork, twist the cucumber strips into nests like spaghetti and place on top of the salmon. Spread the rest of the dressing on the plates and garnish with chopped dill and the lemon zest.
