Description
A perfect Sunday morning begins with a hearty breakfast. The more stylish and plentiful the selection, the nicer it is, of course. If you're going to go for it, go for it! Jam, salmon, sausage, cheese, a sip of orange juice, eggs - and of course a basket of crispy rolls. Of course, the rolls are baked by us. We are looking forward to Sunday - all we need is the recipe! For the dough

250 g wheat flour, type 550
160 ml water, lukewarm
10 g yeast, fresh
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Tablespoon(s) baking malt

Preparation

  • Total time: 1 h 30 min

Bake the rolls

Prepare a pre-dough from some of the flour, water and yeast and leave to rise for 10 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients to the pre-dough and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Carefully shape the dough and divide into six equal pieces. Form dough pieces from the pieces (roll carefully, do not knead), place in the mould and leave covered for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan oven.

Brush the dough pieces with water, score them and then bake for 12 minutes.
