Description
Take coffee, amaretto, ladyfingers ... and a portion of amore, i.e. love for what you are about to prepare. The result is a dessert that tastes so heavenly that you forget the world around you. When your fork dips into the tiramisu, your thoughts drift away ... off to Italy, the sea, the sun - indulgence can be so beautiful!

For the tiramisu

100 g icing sugar
4 egg yolks
60 ml amaretto
500 g mascarpone
200 ml coffee
125 g lady fingers
3 Tablespoon(s) cocoa powder

Preparation

Prepare the tiramisu

Boil the coffee, let it cool down and add the Amaretto.

Whip the egg yolks and icing sugar until thick and fluffy.

Stir the mascarpone into the egg and sugar mixture.

Fill the mould 1cm high with mascarpone. Briefly turn the ladyfingers in the coffee and then place them next to each other on the cream.

When the first layer of ladyfingers is covered, spread a second layer of cream and cover again with soaked ladyfingers.

Finally, spread the remaining mascarpone cream and freeze the mould for 3 hours. Then turn out, allow to thaw if necessary and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
