4 Tablespoon(s) linseed, ground
12 Tablespoon(s) water
200 g gluten-free flour mix
400 g vegan yoghurt
2 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
25 g linseed
25 g gluten-free oat flakes, tender
gluten-free oat flakes crunchy
10 g chia seeds
15 g sunflower seeds

Bake the bagels

Mix the ground linseed and water and leave to soak overnight. (Alternatively, four eggs can be used)

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Mix all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough evenly into the rings of the bagel mat and shape a little. Tip: Wet hands help when portioning and filling the dough.

Bake the muesli bagels for 45 minutes. Then leave to cool briefly in the tin and eat directly or leave to cool completely and seal airtight.
