Preparation
Perparing the salad

Slice the cucumber into 1.5 mm thick slices with the multi-grater or into spirals (not spaghetti) with the spiral slicer.

Cut the pepper into small cubes.

Marinate the vegetables with the sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil and spices and leave to marinate in the fridge for an hour.
